Alumni Relations

Cleveland State Law Review is committed to connecting and facilitating interaction between our alumni and current members. Our Alumni—who include some of the top judges, practitioners, and business professionals in the Midwest—are an invaluable source of information for current members regarding the practice of law and career opportunities. If you are an alum, we would love to hear from you!

As a CSLR alum, there are several ways to get more involved. Opportunities include: (1) speaking to our current members at one of our standing meetings, (2) writing a piece for our Alumni Newsletter, (3) becoming a mentor for a current member, (4) providing career opportunities, and (5) supporting CSLR financially. Donate Here. To become more involved with any of these, please email us at alumni@clevstlrev.org.

Distinguished Alumni Awards

New for the 2019-2020 year, the Distinguished Alumni Awards are granted each year by the current Alumni Relations Board at the annual spring banquet. CSLR alumni are encouraged to nominate fellow alumni who have made extraordinary contributions to the legal profession and their community.

Nominations can be emailed to alumni@clevstlrev.org and should contain:

  • Your name
  • Nominee’s name
  • Volumes the nominee participated in publishing
  • No more than 100 words why you believe the nominee should be honored

Subscribe to Our Alumni Newsletter

New for the 2019-2020 year, CSLR will send periodic Alumni newsletters that will include notifications of upcoming alumni events, updates on our current publications and team members, opportunities for involvement, and postings sent to us by alumni. Please email us at alumni@clevstlrev.org if you have news that you would like to see included in the newsletter.
